Alpha Chiropractic is a preferred provider for most insurance carriers including Aetna, Blue Cross, BPA, Cigna, Forward Health, Group Health, Health Partners, Health Tradition, Humana, Medica, Medicare, Security Health Plan, United Health Care, WPS, WEA Trust, and others.  

 

We are happy to bill your insurance company on your behalf.  We are able to contact your insurance company for you to verify your chiropractic benefits and eligibility.  

 

We offer a discount of 30% for patient who prefer to pay for their services that day rather than bill an insurance company.
